01 /  Online therapy

Therapy, from wherever you are.

I see clients in person at The Woodcock Building in San Antonio and online by secure video. The work itself is the same. The drive isn’t.

Texas license, Texas clients. I can see anyone located in Texas at the time of session.

02 /  What sessions look like

Same care, same conversation.

Format
Same session length, same rhythm, same approach as in-person therapy — just from wherever you are.
Platform
A secure video link, sent before each session. No app to install; works in your browser on phone, tablet, or computer.
Privacy
Find a quiet space where you won't be overheard or interrupted. Headphones help. Your end of the conversation matters as much as mine.
03 /  A good fit when

Telehealth tends to work well when…

Most of what I do in the room works on video. A few situations — some couples conflicts, some teen work — can be easier in person. We can talk about that on our first call.

  • You live or work in Texas but not close to The Woodcock Building.
  • Your schedule makes driving to an office hard — kids, shift work, caregiving, commute.
  • You'd rather meet from home or your office than spend the time getting to mine.
  • You're traveling within Texas and want to keep your weekly session.
  • Couples therapy where you and your partner are in different locations.
04 /  What you’ll need

Setup is simple.

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
  • A private space where you can speak freely
  • Around an hour set aside, free of distractions
05 /  Insurance and fees

Telehealth, same plans.

Most insurance plans now cover telehealth at the same rate as in-person therapy. I’m in-network with TRICARE, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Medicaid, and 20+ other plans — all of which apply to telehealth.

Coverage details vary by plan; confirm with your insurer before our first session. Sliding scale and lower-rate intern sessions are available for self-pay clients.

See the fees & insurance page for the full panel list and self-pay details.
