   It comes straight to me. I'm a solo practice, so it's me reading it — not a coordinator, not an assistant.

   I reply within one business day

   Usually sooner. If you reach out on a weekend, expect a note from me Monday.

   We schedule a brief intro call

   A short conversation by phone or video to see if we're a good fit before booking a full session. No clinical detail required.

4. 04

   If we're a fit, we book

   I'll send you the intake paperwork securely and we'll set a first session in-person at The Woodcock Building or via telehealth.
